Michigan Geological Survey
Under a bill signed into law, Western Michigan University, Department of Geosciences, is assuming responsibility for the survey. This move makes WMU the designated geoscience agency in Michigan, with responsibilities for mapping and assessing the state's geological resources. We are very honored to be chosen.
